Hello, I’m Virginia Jones, and I’m typically your first point of contact when you inquire about our services. With 33 years of experience asking detailed questions about pianos, I hold immense respect for our skilled crew who execute each move with excellence.
My journey began in 1992 at Bright Side Moving Services, a company renowned for its careful piano relocations. I was inspired by their steady stream of referrals and the professionalism they upheld. When Bright Side’s owner, Michael Graetz, decided to close the business, I felt compelled to preserve that legacy of quality. In 2005, with the expertise of Danny Jump, I founded Jones Piano Services to continue this tradition.
During my 12 years at Bright Side, I worked closely with Michael, learning the intricacies of piano moving, and later married Kenneth Jones, a piano tuner/technician who relied on Bright Side for his business. With Kenny’s encouragement, I carried forward Michael’s high standards. Mr. Graetz trained every member of our current crew, ensuring they uphold the same commitment to excellence.
Danny Jump, a dedicated professional from my Bright Side days, brings exceptional skill to our team. His ability to assess moving challenges—whether navigating stairs or positioning your piano perfectly—sets us apart. With careful planning, specialty equipment, and deep expertise, Danny and our crew deliver outstanding results, ensuring your instrument’s safety and your satisfaction.
