First, we remove the lyre to prevent damage, as this is one of the most fragile parts of the instrument.
Protecting the Internals
Using premium grade furniture pads, we prevent the keys from hitting the cover and the music desk from contacting the lid.
Padding the Lid
We then safeguard the piano's lid using 2 layers of pads to prevent impact damage and scratches during transport.
First Piano Leg Removal
With bands securing the pads, we gently remove the first piano leg, preparing for piano board placement.
Packing Legs in Padded Bags
Next, the piano legs are placed into our custom-designed padded bags for secure protection.
Legs and Lyre Ready for Transport
All three piano legs and lyre, in individual padded bags for maximum protection.
Piano Ready to Load
Secured with heavy-duty moving straps and fully padded on the piano board, the piano is prepared for transport on our custom-designed dollies.
Buckle Up!
Inside our custom trailer, we securely strap the piano at multiple points to the trailer wall anchors, ensuring safety.
Don't Forget the Bench!
We wrap the piano bench with a double layer of pads to prevent damage on its trip.
